This website
This site uses no cookies, analytics or advertising. Everything it loads comes from this site. The company hosting it may keep standard server logs, such as your IP address and the pages requested.
If you email me
I keep your email address and what you send so I can reply and do the work you ask for. I don't sell it or share it for anyone else's marketing.
If I emailed you first
I find local businesses through public sources, such as OpenStreetMap and the business's own website. I keep the business name, contact details, notes about its website and our emails, so that I don't contact you twice.
Reply "stop", or email me, and I won't email you again. I'll also delete your details if you ask, and keep only your address on a do-not-contact list so that it stays off future lists.
Gmail and Google user data
I use a private app, connected only to my own Gmail account through Google's API, to send my email and read the replies. It uses Gmail data only for that purpose, and it isn't offered to anyone else.
Tavero Marketing's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Email and lead records are stored on my own computer. Replies from people I've emailed are processed by Anthropic's Claude to sort them and draft responses, which I review. Gmail data isn't sold, and it isn't used for advertising.
Companies that handle this data
- Google, for email
- Anthropic, for drafting and sorting email
- An email verification service, which sees an address when I check that it works
- The company that hosts this website
Your choices
You can ask me what I hold about you, ask me to correct it, or ask me to delete it. Email me and I'll deal with it.

If this policy changes, the new version goes on this page with a new date.
